Material Suppliers that contributed green products

• Timber Mountain Hardwoods - is a local distributor for the following suppliers of LEED and FSC materials. New World Millworks worked directly with Timber Mountain to procure all of the following materials.
• Coverright – supplied the Blonde Melamine paper for the melamine panels. The melamine paper is produced with an NAUF resin to meet LEED requirements.
• Thermo Pressed Laminates – Supplied the press time to adhere the melamine to the particle board core. They are a FSC certified facility and are the exclusive laminator for FreeFormPLUS “The Green Melamine”.
• Collins Pine – supplied the FreeForm particle board core for the melamine panels. FreeForm panels are made with 100% recycled post-industrial fiber and NAUF resins. These panels are CARB Phase 2, and FSC certified.
• Dooge Veneers – supplied the FSC walnut veneer for the project. Due to the random matching of the veneer, Dooge selected veneers from the front and back of the logs to achieve a true plank appearance.
• Sierra Pine – supplied the Arreis MDF core for all the veneered panels. Arreis panels are made with 100% recycled post-industrial fiber and NAUF adhesives. These panels are CARB Phase 2, and FSC certified.
• Valspar - supplied their new, Greenguard certified, ULF topcoat for the finish on all of the walnut cabinetry.
• Accuride - Supplied heavy duty drawer glides and pocket door hardware.
